With almost 17 years of sales and business development experience, Joanna successfully earned the necessary skills in the field of legal and tax, corporate business, recruitment and staffing, and the BPO industry. Currently, she’s spearheading the Outsourcing industry to bring Philippines talents to the international playground and to lead Reves Dream Outsourcing into a leading edge company. She describes Reves always as "A Vision To Reality '', and for the next five years, she is determined to thrive and to drive Reves to victory.

He has 20 years of experience in the field of Computer Science, Technology, Software, App , Web and Game Development, and Network Administration, as an Instructor and a Teacher. He develops a wide range of skills in different industries like schools, hotels, and BPO. He is one of the founding members of the company that makes dreams a reality and helps both clients and the staff to fulfill their dreams. He is handling the KPIs and IT Budgets, building quality assurance and data protection processes, supervising system infrastructure, and implementing new technologies that advance a competitive goal.

Business Partner

She has been working for more than 13 years in the BPO industry. She has worn many hats, from customer service representative, work force management, onboarding/HR, trainer/mentor, senior consultant, lead, to supervisor. She has managed to improve the team’s efficiency, quality, productivity and has been focused on providing clients with an elite client experience.
